If you are driving to the Francis Scott Key Memorial from the Billy Goat Trail, start by heading east on the trail towards the nearest road entrance. Upon exiting, turn right onto MacArthur Blvd, continuing for about 1.5 miles. Merge onto the Clara Barton Parkway and follow the signs towards Washington, DC. Stay on the Parkway, which will lead you towards the George Washington Memorial Parkway. Take the exit for M St NW and continue for about half a mile. The memorial will be on your right at 1198 34th and M St NW.
