If you're already at Billy Goat Trail, start by heading southeast on the trail until you reach the parking area at the end. From there, turn left onto MD-190 (MacArthur Blvd) and drive for about 5 miles. Continue straight as it becomes River Rd. After approximately 1.5 miles, turn right onto Falls Rd. Follow Falls Rd for about 3 miles, then turn left onto Fort Evans Rd NE. Outback Steakhouse will be on your right at 225 Fort Evans Rd NE, Leesburg, VA 20176.
