From Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge, head southeast on Key Wallace Drive. Continue for about 5 miles until you reach Route 50. Take a right onto Route 50 and continue for approximately 1 mile. Merge onto Route 404 South toward Easton. Follow Route 404 for about 8 miles, then take the exit for Route 50 East toward Ocean City. After about 10 miles, take the exit for Route 331 South toward Vienna. Follow Route 331 South until you reach New Bridge Road. Take a left onto New Bridge Road, and Layton's Chance Vineyard & Winery will be on your left at 4225 New Bridge Rd, Vienna, MD 21869.
