From Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge, head northwest on Blackwater Rd toward MD-16 E. Continue straight onto MD-16 E for about 10 miles. Merge onto US-50 E toward Ocean City. After approximately 12 miles, take the exit for MD-404 N. Follow MD-404 N for about 6 miles, then take the exit onto MD-33 E toward St. Michaels. Continue on MD-33 E for another 12 miles until you reach St. Michaels. Once in St. Michaels, turn left onto N Talbot St. The Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum will be on your right at 213 N Talbot St. Parking may be available nearby, but check for any fees or restrictions.
