Take the exit for MD-309 S toward Wye Mills. After about 5 miles, turn left onto Wye Island Rd. Continue for about 1.5 miles, and you will reach the entrance to Wye Island NRMA, located at 632 Wye Island Rd, Queenstown, MD 21658. There is no entrance fee to access the area.
