Walking
If you are starting from Downtown Columbia, head towards the Columbia Mall. From the mall, exit towards the west onto Little Patuxent Parkway. Walk along Little Patuxent Parkway for about half a mile until you reach the intersection with Lake Kittamaqundi Loop. Turn left onto Lake Kittamaqundi Loop and continue walking straight. The Kittamaqundi Fountain will be on your right as you approach the lake.

If you're biking from Merriweather Post Pavilion, exit the pavilion area and head southeast on the bike path towards Little Patuxent Parkway. Follow the bike path which will lead you alongside the lake. Once you reach Lake Kittamaqundi Loop, turn left and continue about 0.2 miles. The Kittamaqundi Fountain will be on your right.
