Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from downtown Laurel, head towards the Laurel Town Center. From there, walk north on Main Street until you reach the intersection with Route 1 (Baltimore Avenue). Cross Route 1 and continue walking north until you reach the intersection with Route 198. Turn right onto Route 198 and walk for about half a mile. As you continue, you will see signs directing you towards Centennial Park. Follow these signs as you approach, and the park entrance will be on your left.

  • Public Transit

    Start at the Laurel MARC Station, located at 901 Laurel Avenue. From the station, take the MTA Bus #17 towards Columbia. Ride the bus for approximately 15-20 minutes until you reach the stop at 'Clarksville Pike & Centennial Lane.' From the bus stop, walk a short distance to your right, and you will find the entrance to Centennial Park.

  • Biking

    If you prefer to bike, you can start from the Laurel Branch Library located at 507 7th St. Head south on 7th Street until you reach Route 1. Turn left onto Route 1 and continue north until you reach Route 198. Turn right onto Route 198 and follow it for about a mile. Look for bike lanes or paths that lead towards Centennial Park, which will be on your left. Make sure to follow any bike path signs for a safer route.
