From Columbia, take the Howard Transit Bus Route 404 towards Baltimore. Board the bus at the nearest stop to your location. Stay on the bus for approximately 30-40 minutes until you reach the 'Columbia Mall' stop. Transfer to the MTA Maryland Bus Route 150 towards Baltimore. Ride for about 40 minutes and get off at the 'Charles St & 20th St' stop. The Walters Art Museum is a short 10-minute walk from there. Head north on Charles Street and turn left onto 21st Street. Continue walking until you reach the museum, located at 600 N Charles St, Baltimore, MD 21201.

Start at the Columbia station and take the MARC Train Penn Line towards Baltimore. The train ride will take around 30 minutes. Get off at the Baltimore Arena station. From there, walk to the Light RailLink at the Baltimore Arena stop. Take the Light RailLink towards Hunt Valley and get off at the 'Charles Center' stop. From the Charles Center, walk north on Charles Street for about 10 minutes. The Walters Art Museum will be on your right at 600 N Charles St.
