    From the main entrance of Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge, head south on Key Wallace Drive. Continue for about 7 miles until you reach the intersection with MD-16. Turn left onto MD-16 and proceed for approximately 4 miles. When you reach Nanticoke, turn right onto Red Hill Lane. Roaring Point Park will be on your left after about 1 mile. Look for the park entrance sign.
