From anywhere in the Eastern Shore, head to US-50 W. Continue on US-50 W until you reach the intersection with US-301 N. Merge onto US-301 N and follow the signs toward the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. Cross the bridge and stay on US-50 W. Merge onto I-97 N toward Baltimore. From I-97, take exit 20A to merge onto US-295 N toward Washington. Continue on US-295 N until you reach I-495, then take exit 22A to merge onto I-70 W. Follow I-70 W until you reach exit 1A for I-81 N toward Hagerstown.
