Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from any location on the Eastern Shore, head towards the Chesapeake Bay Bridge (US-50 W). Once you cross the bridge, continue on US-50 W for approximately 5 miles. Take the exit for MD-2 S toward Annapolis. Follow MD-2 S for about 8 miles. As you approach Annapolis, keep an eye out for E College Pkwy and turn right. Sandy Point State Park will be on your left at 1100 E College Pkwy, Annapolis, MD 21409.

  If you prefer public transportation, you can take the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) bus service. From various points in Eastern Shore, you can catch the MTA's Route 201 or 202 bus towards Annapolis. Disembark at the Annapolis Transfer Point. From there, transfer to the Route 30 bus towards Sandy Point State Park.
