From Elk Neck State Park, exit the park onto MD-272 N (North). Continue on MD-272 N for about 10 miles until you reach the intersection with US-40. Turn left onto US-40 W. Follow US-40 W for approximately 5 miles, then take the exit onto I-95 N towards Wilmington. After about 15 miles, take exit 89 for MD-155 toward Havre de Grace. Merge onto MD-155 E and follow the signs for Havre de Grace. Continue on MD-155 E for around 3 miles, then turn right onto Commerce St. Concord Point Park will be on your left at 352 Commerce St, Havre De Grace, MD 21078.
