Car
From Elk Neck State Park, exit the park onto MD-272 N (North). Continue on MD-272 N for about 10 miles until you reach the intersection with US-40. Turn left onto US-40 W. Follow US-40 W for approximately 5 miles, then take the exit onto I-95 N towards Wilmington. After about 15 miles, take exit 89 for MD-155 toward Havre de Grace. Merge onto MD-155 E and follow the signs for Havre de Grace. Continue on MD-155 E for around 3 miles, then turn right onto Commerce St. Concord Point Park will be on your left at 352 Commerce St, Havre De Grace, MD 21078.

If you prefer public transportation, you can take a bus from Elk Neck State Park to Havre de Grace. You will first need to get to the nearest bus stop, which may require a short taxi ride or local shuttle service. Once at the bus stop, take the Harford Transit bus route 5 towards Havre de Grace. The bus will take about an hour to reach Havre de Grace. After arriving at the Havre de Grace bus terminal, you can either walk (approximately 15 minutes) or take a local taxi to Concord Point Park, located at 352 Commerce St, Havre De Grace, MD 21078.
