Car
From Elk Neck State Park, exit the park and head southwest on Elk Neck Rd toward MD-272 S. Turn right onto MD-272 S and continue for about 9 miles. Merge onto US-40 W toward Baltimore. After approximately 10 miles, take the exit toward MD-155 E/Havre De Grace. Continue on MD-155 E for about 3 miles, and then turn right onto Concord St. The Fish Sculpture will be on your left at 701 Concord St, Havre De Grace, MD 21078.

From Elk Neck State Park, take a taxi or rideshare service to the nearest bus stop or train station. The nearest major public transport hub is in Aberdeen. Once you arrive in Aberdeen, you can take the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) bus service (Route 410) to Havre De Grace. Get off at the stop nearest to Concord St, and then walk approximately 0.5 miles to 701 Concord St, where the Fish Sculpture is located.
