From Elk Neck State Park, head out of the park entrance and turn right onto MD-272 N. Continue on MD-272 N for approximately 7 miles until you reach the junction with US-40. Turn left onto US-40 W and follow it for about 5 miles. Take the exit toward Havre de Grace. Continue straight to merge onto St. John St. Rochambeau Plaza will be on your right.
