If you are near downtown Frederick, start at the Frederick Visitor Center located at 151 S East St, Frederick, MD 21701. From there, head north on S East St toward W Patrick St. Turn left onto W Patrick St and walk until you reach N Market St. Turn right onto N Market St. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles, and you will find the Farm Museum at 1611 N Market St on your left.

Board the bus at any of the downtown stops like the Frederick Visitor Center.
