If you are in downtown Frederick, start at the Frederick Visitor Center located at 151 S East St. From there, head west on East Street until you reach W Patrick St. Turn right onto W Patrick St and continue walking for about 0.4 miles. The Barbara Fritchie House will be on your left at 154 W Patrick St. It's a short and pleasant walk through the historic district, where you'll see charming shops and cafes along the way.
