Start at the Frederick Visitor Center located at 151 S East St, Frederick, MD 21701. Exit the Visitor Center and head south on South East Street. Continue for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with East Patrick Street. Turn right onto East Patrick Street and continue for another 0.5 miles. You will pass through downtown Frederick, which has various shops and restaurants. After you reach the intersection with North Market Street, look for signs directing you towards the outskirts of the city. Follow the signs for US-15 N. After approximately 3 miles, you will find yourself near the border of Pennsylvania. Continue walking until you reach Pennsylvania 17325, which is where Seminary Ridge is located.

From the Frederick Visitor Center at 151 S East St, walk to the nearest bus stop on East Patrick Street. Take the TransIT bus route 55 heading towards the Pennsylvania border. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes; the bus will take you directly towards the vicinity of Seminary Ridge. Once you reach the stop nearest to Pennsylvania 17325, disembark and walk a short distance to your destination.
