Getting There

  • Public Bus

    From any location in Gaithersburg, walk to the nearest bus stop that services the Ride On bus system. You can take Route 55 towards the Shady Grove Metro Station. Ride for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the Shady Grove Metro Station. From there, transfer to the Red Line Metro towards Glenmont. Ride for 8 stops and get off at the Pentagon Station. Exit the station and walk to the Pentagon Transit Center. From the Transit Center, take the Metrobus Route 16Y towards Fort Myer. Ride for about 5 minutes and get off at the stop for Fort Myer. Walk approximately 10 minutes to reach Arlington House at 321 Sherman Dr.

    Start by walking to the nearest Metro station in Gaithersburg, which is the Shady Grove Metro Station located on the Red Line. Board the train towards Glenmont. After around 8 stops, disembark at the Pentagon Station. Once you exit the station, proceed to the Pentagon Transit Center. From the Transit Center, board the Metrobus Route 16Y towards Fort Myer. After about a 5-minute ride, get off at the Fort Myer stop and walk about 10 minutes to Arlington House at 321 Sherman Dr.

From the Pentagon, you can walk to Arlington House, which is approximately a 15-minute walk.
