From Rockville, switch to the Red Line towards Glenmont and get off at the Dupont Circle Metro Station. Finally, transfer to the D6 bus towards the National Cathedral and get off at the stop nearest to the Exorcist Steps.

After approximately 30 minutes, transfer at the Metro Center Station to the Blue or Orange Line towards Largo Town Center. Get off at the Foggy Bottom-GWU Metro Station. From there, walk approximately 15 minutes heading southeast to reach the Exorcist Steps.
