From Gaithersburg, walk to the Gaithersburg Metro Station. Take the Red Line towards Glenmont. Ride the train until you reach the Rockville Metro Station. Transfer to the Red Line towards Shady Grove and ride until you reach the Gallery Place Metro Station. Here, transfer to the Yellow Line towards Huntington. Ride until you reach the King Street-Old Town Metro Station. From there, exit the station and walk approximately 15 minutes to Waterfront Park located at 1A Prince St, Alexandria, VA 22314.
