Start at the Gaithersburg Metro Station on the Red Line. Board a train heading towards Glenmont. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the Rockville Metro Station. Transfer to the Red Line train towards Shady Grove. Travel for 3 stops until you reach the Farragut North Station. From there, transfer to the Blue, Orange, or Silver Line towards Largo Town Center, and get off at the Arlington Cemetery Metro Station. Once you exit the station, walk west towards the Arlington Memorial Bridge, which should take about 10-15 minutes.

Begin your journey at the Gaithersburg Transit Center. Take the Ride On Bus Route 55 towards the Silver Spring Metro Station. Ride for about 30 minutes until you reach the Silver Spring Metro Station. From there, enter the Metro and take the Red Line towards Glenmont. After 4 stops, get off at the Farragut North Station. Transfer to either the Blue, Orange, or Silver Line towards Largo Town Center and get off at the Arlington Cemetery Metro Station. From the station, it is a 10-15 minute walk to the Arlington Memorial Bridge.
