    If you are starting from downtown Hagerstown, begin at the Hagerstown City Hall located at 1 E Franklin St. Head southwest on E Franklin St towards S Potomac St. Turn right onto S Potomac St and continue for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with E Antietam St. Turn left onto E Antietam St and walk for about 0.2 miles. At the next intersection, turn right onto S Mulberry St. Continue on S Mulberry St for about 0.3 miles until you reach the entrance of City Park. Walk through the park, keeping the lake on your left, and follow the path leading towards the Train Hub, located at 770 City Park Dr.
