If you are starting from downtown Hagerstown, head east on W Washington St toward N Potomac St. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach S Potomac St. Turn left onto S Potomac St and walk for about 0.3 miles. Turn right onto E Franklin St and continue until you reach the intersection with Pangborn Blvd. Turn left onto Pangborn Blvd, and the park will be on your left after approximately 0.5 miles.

The entrance to Pangborn Park will be on your right.
