If you are starting from downtown Hagerstown, head east on W Washington St toward N Potomac St. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach S Potomac St. Turn left onto S Potomac St and walk for about 0.3 miles. Turn right onto E Franklin St and continue until you reach the intersection with Pangborn Blvd. Turn left onto Pangborn Blvd, and the park will be on your left after approximately 0.5 miles.

From the Hagerstown Transit bus terminal located at 100 E Franklin St, take the 'Route 2 – South Hagerstown' bus. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes, and disembark at the Pangborn Blvd & Eastern Blvd stop. From there, walk south along Pangborn Blvd for about 0.3 miles. The entrance to Pangborn Park will be on your right.
