If you are starting from downtown Hagerstown, head east on W Franklin St toward N Potomac St. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with N Potomac St. Turn left onto N Potomac St and walk for another 0.3 miles. After reaching E Washington St, turn right and continue walking for approximately 0.4 miles until you reach the intersection with N Burhans Blvd. Turn left onto N Burhans Blvd and walk for about 0.6 miles. At the intersection with E Oak Ridge Dr, turn right. Continue walking straight for about 0.8 miles until you reach Hurricane Ct. Turn left onto Hurricane Ct, and Terrapin Park will be on your left at 18257 Hurricane Ct.

From downtown Hagerstown, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the intersection of W Franklin St and N Potomac St. Board the MTA Maryland bus #2 towards Hagerstown. Stay on the bus for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the stop at Burhans Blvd & Oak Ridge Dr. Disembark the bus and walk north on Burhans Blvd for about 0.6 miles. Then turn right onto E Oak Ridge Dr and continue straight for about 0.8 miles until you reach Hurricane Ct. Turn left onto Hurricane Ct, and Terrapin Park will be on your left at 18257 Hurricane Ct.
