If you are starting from the Hagerstown City Park, head southeast on Virginia Ave toward E Franklin St. Continue walking on Virginia Ave for about half a mile until you reach E Franklin St. Turn left onto E Franklin St and walk for about 0.3 miles until you reach S Potomac St. Turn right onto S Potomac St and continue for about 0.2 miles.
