Getting There

• Car

  From any location within Janes Island State Park, head towards the park exit and make your way to MD-413 North. Follow MD-413 North until you reach the intersection with MD-362 East. Turn right onto MD-362 East and continue on this road for approximately 6 miles. When you reach the intersection with Revells Neck Road, turn left. Continue on Revells Neck Road for about 2 miles, and you will find Raccoon Point Beach & Park on your left at 27875 Revells Neck Rd, Westover, MD 21871.

• Public Transportation

  Public transportation options are limited in this rural area. If you are relying on public transit, consider taking a local taxi or rideshare service from the nearest bus stop, which is located in nearby Westover. From Westover, you would need to arrange a ride to Raccoon Point Beach & Park, as it is approximately 5 miles away and public transportation does not directly service the park.

• Biking/Walking

  If you are adventurous and are staying nearby, you could bike or walk from Janes Island State Park to Raccoon Point Beach & Park. Take the same route as if driving: exit the park onto MD-413 North, then turn right on MD-362 East, followed by a left onto Revells Neck Road. Please note that this route involves traveling on roads that may not have dedicated bike lanes, so be cautious and aware of traffic.
