    Walking

    If you are starting from the Laurel Town Center, head southwest on Laurel Lakes Drive toward Route 1. Continue straight, crossing over Route 1, until you reach the intersection with Montgomery Street. Turn left onto Montgomery Street and walk until you reach the Capital Crescent Trail entrance, which will be on your right. The trail is well-marked, allowing you to explore its scenic pathways.

    Public Transport

    From the Laurel Train Station (if you're coming from Washington D.C. or Baltimore), take the MARC train to the Silver Spring station. Once you arrive, exit the station and head towards the bus stop located in front of the station. Take the Ride On Bus #20 towards Glenmont. Get off at the 'Capital Crescent Trail' stop, which is near the trail entrance. Follow the signs to access the trail.

    Biking

    If you have a bike, you can start from the Laurel Park. Ride north on the bike path along the river until you reach the intersection with Route 198. Turn right and follow Route 198 until you see the signs for the Capital Crescent Trail entrance. It will be on your left. This route offers bike-friendly paths and beautiful views along the way.
