    From Laurel, head to the Laurel Transit Center. Take the MARC Train on the Penn Line towards Washington, D.C. Alight at the Union Station stop. Once at Union Station, follow the signs to the Metro. Take the Red Line towards Glenmont. At the Gallery Place-Chinatown Metro Station, transfer to the Green or Yellow Line towards Branch Ave or Greenbelt. Get off at the Gallery Place-Chinatown Station. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to Capital One Arena.

Then, walk for about 10 minutes northwest to reach Capital One Arena.
