Getting There

Public Transit
From Laurel, head to the Laurel Town Center where you can catch the Metrobus. Take the Metrobus Route 89 towards Greenbelt Metro Station. Stay on the bus for approximately 30-35 minutes. Get off at the Greenbelt Metro Station. From there, transfer to the Green Line Metro train towards Branch Avenue. Ride the train for about 20 minutes and disembark at the Smithsonian station. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs to the National Mall. Walk west towards Constitution Ave NW. Constitution Gardens will be on your left.

Biking
If you prefer biking, start at the Laurel Park and head west on the bike path that leads to the Anacostia River Trail. Follow the trail south until you reach the intersection with the Baltimore-Washington Parkway. Take the bike path under the parkway, continuing towards the National Mall. Once you reach the National Mall area, follow Constitution Ave NW westward until you reach Constitution Gardens.

Walking
If you are in downtown Laurel, walk to the Laurel MARC train station. Board a train heading towards Washington, D.C. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Washington Union Station. From Union Station, exit onto Massachusetts Ave NE and head towards the Capitol. Walk until you reach the National Mall, then head west until you arrive at Constitution Ave NW. Constitution Gardens will be on your left.
