Start at the Laurel Train Station, located at 100 Main St, Laurel, MD 20707. Walk east on Main St toward 1st St for about 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 1 (Baltimore Ave). After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto 2nd St and continue until you reach the intersection with Oronoco St. Turn right onto Oronoco St and walk for another 0.2 miles. The Lee-Fendall House Museum & Garden will be on your left at 614 Oronoco St, Alexandria, VA 22314.

From Laurel, walk to the Laurel Bus Terminal at 10th St & Main St. Take the Prince George's County TheBus route 17 towards Greenbelt Metro Station.
