From Laurel, head to the nearest bus stop on Baltimore Avenue (US-1). Board the Prince George's County TheBus Route 17 towards Greenbelt. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the 'Greenbelt Metro Station' stop. Once you disembark, transfer to the Greenbelt Metrobus Route B30 towards NASA Goddard. The bus will take you directly to the NASA Goddard Visitor Center, which is located at 9432 Greenbelt Rd, Greenbelt, MD 20771. The total travel time should be around 50-60 minutes.

If you're feeling adventurous and have a bicycle, you can ride to the NASA Goddard Visitor Center. Start by heading southwest on US-1 (Baltimore Avenue) from Laurel. After approximately 4 miles, take a right onto Greenbelt Road (MD-193). Continue for about 2 miles, and you will see the visitor center on your right at 9432 Greenbelt Rd, Greenbelt, MD 20771.
