Disembark at the stop at 14th St & New York Ave NW. From there, walk south on 14th St NW for about 5 minutes until you reach Alexander Hamilton Pl NW. The William Tecumseh Sherman Monument will be on your left.

From the Laurel Town Center, walk to the Laurel Marc Train Station. Take the Marc Train towards Washington, D.C. and get off at the Union Station stop. Once at Union Station, follow the signs to the Metro Red Line. Take the Metro towards Glenmont and get off at the Metro Center Station. Transfer to the Blue Line towards Largo Town Center and get off at the 7th St-Convention Center Station. Exit the station and walk about 10 minutes west to Alexander Hamilton Pl NW to find the William Tecumseh Sherman Monument.
