If you are staying in the downtown area of Ocean City, simply head east toward the beach. Walk along Atlantic Avenue, which runs parallel to the beach. Continue walking until you reach 41st Street, where you will see a public access point to Ocean City Beach. Follow the signs directing you to the beach access, and you will find the sandy shores ahead.

From the Ocean City Boardwalk, you can rent a bike at one of the nearby rental shops. Head north on the Boardwalk until you reach 41st Street. Turn left onto 41st Street and continue until you reach Atlantic Avenue. At Atlantic Avenue, turn right and follow it until you reach the beach access point at 41st Street. Park your bike at the designated bike racks and enjoy the beach.

Use the Ocean City bus service, known as the OC Bus. Catch the bus at any of the designated bus stops along Coastal Highway. Make sure to take the bus heading towards the 'North End' and get off at the 41st Street stop.
