From anywhere in Patapsco Valley State Park, head towards the main park exit. Once you exit the park, turn onto MD-99 E (or Old Frederick Rd) and continue for approximately 3 miles. Merge onto US-29 N towards Columbia. After about 6 miles, take the exit for MD-100 E toward Glen Burnie. Follow MD-100 E for 3.5 miles, then take the exit toward MD-103/Ellicott City. Turn left onto MD-103 N (also known as Montgomery Rd) and continue for about 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Maryland Ave. Turn right onto Maryland Ave. The B&O Model Train Yard will be on your left at 3711 Maryland Ave, Ellicott City, MD 21043. Parking is available nearby.
