If you are in Pocomoke River State Park, start by heading northeast on the main road within the park towards Route 113. Once you reach Route 113, turn left (north) and continue for approximately 4 miles. Look for signs directing you to Snow Hill. You will then turn right onto Worcester Highway (Route 12). Drive approximately 5 miles until you reach Pocomoke State Forest located at 3461 Worcester Hwy, Snow Hill, MD 21863. There are no tolls on this route.
Public Transportation
Unfortunately, public transportation options directly from Pocomoke River State Park to Pocomoke State Forest are limited. However, you could take a local bus to Snow Hill from Pocomoke City, which is approximately 10 miles south of the park. From Snow Hill, you would need to call a taxi service or use a rideshare app to reach Pocomoke State Forest at 3461 Worcester Hwy, as it is about 5 miles away from the bus stop. Ensure to check the bus schedule as it may not run frequently.
