Get off at the Rhode Island Ave-Brentwood station. Exit the station and walk northeast on Rhode Island Avenue NE for about 0.5 miles until you reach Evarts Street NE. Turn left on Evarts Street NE and walk for another 0.2 miles to reach 2419 Evarts St NE Unit C.

From there, transfer to the Metro Red Line towards Glenmont and ride for 3 stops until you reach the Fort Totten station. At Fort Totten, switch to the Green Line towards Greenbelt and ride for approximately 15 minutes to the Rhode Island Ave-Brentwood station. Exit the station and head northeast on Rhode Island Avenue NE for 0.5 miles. Turn left onto Evarts Street NE and walk 0.2 miles to arrive at 2419 Evarts St NE Unit C.
