From the main entrance of Rocky Gap State Park, head south on Lake Shore Drive. Continue straight for about 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 144 (also known as National Pike). Turn left onto Route 144 and continue for approximately 2 miles. Look for signs pointing towards the Great Allegheny Passage (the bike trail) on your right. Turn right onto the Great Allegheny Passage and follow the trail for about 1 mile until you reach Bone Cave, which will be marked along the path.
