Car
If you are driving from Sandy Point State Park, exit the park and turn left onto Sandy Point State Park Road. Continue straight until you reach the traffic light at the intersection with Route 50. Turn left onto Route 50 East (towards Annapolis). After about 5 miles, take the exit for Rowe Blvd. Merge onto Rowe Blvd and continue for about 1 mile. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto West Street. Continue on West Street for about 0.5 miles. Turn left onto Dock Street, and you will find Annapolis Tours by Watermark at 1 Dock St, Annapolis, MD 21401. There is parking available in the area, but be aware that parking fees may apply.

To reach Annapolis Tours by Watermark via public transportation, you will need to take a bus from Sandy Point State Park. First, walk to the nearest bus stop outside the park. You can catch the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) Bus Route 70 at the stop. This bus will take you towards the Annapolis area. Ride the bus until you reach the West Street & Church Circle stop. From there, you can walk approximately 0.4 miles to Dock Street. Head south on West Street, then turn left onto Dock Street. Annapolis Tours by Watermark will be on your right at 1 Dock St, Annapolis, MD 21401. Check the MTA schedule for the latest bus times and potential costs for riding the bus.
