    From Sandy Point State Park, exit the park and turn left onto Sandy Point State Park Road. Continue until you reach the intersection with Route 50. Take the ramp to Route 50 East towards Annapolis. Merge onto Route 50 and continue for approximately 7 miles. Take exit 24 for Rowe Blvd toward Annapolis. Continue on Rowe Blvd until you reach the intersection with West Street. Turn left onto West Street and follow it until you reach Duke of Gloucester Street. Turn right onto Duke of Gloucester Street, and the Charles Carroll House will be on your left at 107 Duke of Gloucester St, Annapolis, MD 21401. There are no parking fees at the house, but check local signage for any restrictions.
