From Sandy Point State Park, exit the park and head southwest on Sandy Point Road towards the intersection with Route 50. Merge onto Route 50 East towards Annapolis. Take the exit toward Rowe Blvd from Route 50. Continue on Rowe Blvd until you reach the intersection with West Street. Turn left onto West Street, then turn right onto Pinkney Street.
