Car
From any location within Sandy Point State Park, head south towards the main exit. Once you exit the park, turn left onto Route 50 (Eastbound). Continue on Route 50 for approximately 3 miles, then take the exit for Rowe Blvd. Keep left at the fork and follow signs for Route 450. Merge onto Forest Drive (Route 450) and continue for about 2 miles. Turn left onto Chesapeake Ave. Horn Point Park will be on your right, just past the intersection with Edgewood Rd. There is no entrance fee for Horn Point Park.

Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, you can take the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) Bus 30 from the Sandy Point State Park area. Board the bus heading towards Annapolis. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the 'Chesapeake Ave' stop. From there, walk south along Chesapeake Ave for about 0.5 miles, and you will reach Horn Point Park. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as service may vary.
