    If you're driving from anywhere within Sandy Point State Park, exit the park by taking the main entrance back onto East College Parkway. Continue straight for about 1 mile until you reach the intersection with Romancoke Road. Turn right onto Romancoke Road. Continue on Romancoke Road for approximately 3 miles, and you will see Matapeake Park on your left at 1112 Romancoke Rd, Stevensville, MD 21666. There is free parking available at the park.

    To reach Matapeake Park via public transit, first, take a bus from Sandy Point State Park to the nearest major transit hub, which is the Annapolis Transit Center.
