If you are starting from downtown Silver Spring, head to the Silver Spring Metro Station located at 8400 Georgia Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20910. Take the Red Line train towards Glenmont. Stay on the train for about 10 stops, approximately 25 minutes. Get off at the Gallery Place-Chinatown Metro Station. From there, follow the signs to transfer to the Yellow or Green Line and catch the next train towards Branch Ave or Greenbelt respectively, but you can also walk directly. Exit the station and walk east for about 0.5 miles (about 10 minutes) along F Street NW to reach Capital One Arena at 601 F St NW, Washington, DC 20004.

From downtown Silver Spring, you can catch the Z2 or Z6 Metrobus from the Silver Spring Transit Center. Board the bus heading towards the Westmoreland Circle. It takes approximately 30 minutes and will drop you off near the Gallery Place-Chinatown area. Once you get off, walk east on F Street NW for about 0.5 miles (10 minutes) to reach Capital One Arena at 601 F St NW, Washington, DC 20004.
