Getting There

  • Metro

    From Silver Spring Metro Station, take the Red Line towards Glenmont. Travel for about 7 stops (approximately 15 minutes) and get off at Gallery Place-Chinatown Metro Station. Transfer to the Yellow or Green Line (in the direction of Greenbelt or Branch Ave) and travel one stop to L'Enfant Plaza. From L'Enfant Plaza, transfer to the Blue, Orange, or Silver Line and travel one more stop to Federal Center SW. Exit the station and walk northwest on 7th St SW towards D St SW. Continue on 7th St NW for about 0.5 miles until you reach 9th St NW. Turn right on 9th St and walk for another 0.2 miles to reach Eighteenth Street Lounge at 1230 9th St NW.

  • Bus

    From Silver Spring, you can take the Metrobus route 70 or 71 from the Silver Spring Transit Center. Board the bus heading towards Downtown DC. The ride takes about 30 minutes. You will want to get off at the stop at 9th St NW & F St NW. Once you get off, walk one block south on 9th St NW for about 0.2 miles. Eighteenth Street Lounge will be on your left at 1230 9th St NW.

  • Walking

    If you prefer walking, start from the Silver Spring Town Center. Head south on Georgia Ave towards Silver Spring Ave. Continue south until you reach the Silver Spring Metro Station. From the station, walk to the intersection of Georgia Ave and Colesville Rd. Follow Colesville Rd south until you reach the intersection with 9th St NW. Turn left onto 9th St NW and continue for about 1.5 miles. Eighteenth Street Lounge will be on your left at 1230 9th St NW.
