Metro
Start at the Silver Spring Metro Station on the Red Line. Board the train heading towards Glenmont. After about 10 stops, get off at the King Street-Old Town Metro Station in Alexandria. Once you exit the station, head south on King Street towards Duke Street. After approximately 0.5 miles, turn left onto Duke Street. Continue walking for about 0.3 miles, and you will find the Freedom House Museum at 1315 Duke St on your right.

From the Silver Spring Transit Center, take the Metrobus Route 1 or 11 towards the Alexandria area. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes and get off at the stop near the intersection of King Street and Duke Street. Walk south on King Street, then turn left onto Duke Street. The Freedom House Museum will be on your right at 1315 Duke St.
