Getting There

  • Metro

    From Silver Spring Metro Station, take the Red Line towards Glenmont. Travel for 6 stops and get off at the Gallery Place-Chinatown station. Once you exit the train, follow the signs to the Yellow/Green Line transfer. Take the Yellow Line towards Greenbelt. Get off at the next stop, which is the Gallery Place-Chinatown station. From there, transfer to the Orange Line towards New Carrollton. Get off at the McPherson Square station. Exit the station, and you will find McPherson Square just a short walk away.

    From the Silver Spring Transit Center, catch the Ride On Bus Route 15 towards the Silver Spring Metro Station. Ride for approximately 20 minutes, and get off at the stop for the Washington DC Metro station at 15th St NW & I St NW. From there, walk one block south on 15th St NW, and you will reach McPherson Square at 901 15th St NW.

  • Walking

    If you're already in Silver Spring and prefer to walk, head towards the Silver Spring Metro Station. From the station, walk south along Georgia Ave towards downtown Silver Spring. Continue onto 16th St NW and then turn left onto I St NW. Walk east on I St NW until you reach 15th St NW. Turn right onto 15th St NW, and McPherson Square will be straight ahead at 901 15th St NW.
