Getting There

Metro
From Silver Spring Metro Station, take the Red Line towards Glenmont. Stay on the train for 6 stops, which will take you to the Gallery Place-Chinatown station. At Gallery Place, transfer to the Yellow Line towards Huntington. Stay on the Yellow Line for 2 stops, then get off at the L'Enfant Plaza station. From there, follow the signs to the National Mall, which is a short walk to the west.

Catch the Ride On bus route 1, which departs from the Silver Spring Transit Center. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the Washington, DC stop at the intersection of 17th Street NW and Constitution Avenue NW. From there, walk east towards the National Mall, which is just a few blocks away.

If you are near downtown Silver Spring, you can walk to the Silver Spring Metro Station. Once there, take the Red Line towards Glenmont.
