You can follow King Street east to the waterfront, then head south on Union Street until you reach Callahan Drive.

Catch the Ride On Bus Route 5 from the Silver Spring Transit Center (located at 8100 Fenton St) heading towards the Takoma Park Hospital. Ride for about 20 minutes and get off at the 'Duke St & Callahan Dr' stop. From there, walk a short distance to 101 Callahan Dr, Alexandria, VA 22301, which should take about 5 minutes.
