Metro
From Silver Spring Metro Station, take the Red Line towards Glenmont. Ride the train for 10 stops and disembark at the Union Station Metro Station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to the MARC Train platform. Board the MARC Penn Line train towards Baltimore, and get off at Baltimore's Penn Station. From Penn Station, you can take the Light RailLink towards Hunt Valley and get off at the Baltimore Arena stop. From there, it's a short walk to the USS Torsk, located at the Inner Harbor.
Bus
Catch the WMATA bus route 70 from the Silver Spring Transit Center, which is located next to the Silver Spring Metro Station. Take the bus towards the New Carrollton Metro Station. Ride the bus for about 25 minutes until you reach the downtown Baltimore area. Get off at the Baltimore Metro SubwayLink station. From there, transfer to the Light RailLink and take it to the Baltimore Arena stop. After disembarking, walk a few blocks to the USS Torsk at the Inner Harbor.
Train
Head to the Silver Spring Metro Station and take the Red Line towards Glenmont. Get off at the Rockville Station and transfer to the MARC Train at the Rockville station. Board the MARC Penn Line towards Baltimore and ride it until you reach Penn Station in Baltimore. From Penn Station, walk towards the Light RailLink station and take the Light Rail towards Hunt Valley. Get off at the Baltimore Arena stop, which is a short walk from the USS Torsk.
