You can take the Ride On Bus (Route 28) from Silver Spring. Board the bus at the Silver Spring Transit Center. Ride it for about 15 minutes and get off at the Wheaton Regional Park stop. From there, walk a short distance towards Shorefield Rd, and you will find the Wheaton Miniature Train & Carousel.
